Rob Burnham has 30 years experience in starting and managing a variety of companies in different industries including, manufacturing, retail, wholesale and food service.  Rob's experience in training began in 1976 when he developed and implemented operator and supervisor training for Garan, Inc. before moving into plant management.    Since that time, he has led strategic planning sessions and taught continuing education classes and has been a presenter in the FastTrac program for aspiring entrepreneurs.  He is also a certified business coach concentrating on Productivity Coaching.    Rob started his first business in 1980 and has started and sold several businesses over the years.  He has made and executed many business plans and designed effective sales and production systems.  His passion is to use the experience he has gained from both his successes and his failures to help you to excel by encouraging personal excellence and teamwork.  He believes that effective communication is the key to success and that organizing people into effective teams can create an environment where everyone wins.    Rob holds business coaching certifications from The Rainforest Business Institute and The National Association of Productivity Coaches.  He has an Industrial Engineering degree from Mississippi State University.  Rob and his wife, Martha, reside in Kosciusko, Mississippi.  They have 3 married daughters and 6 grandchildren.
